Experienced Office Administrator Job Vacancy
Due to growth, we are seeking an Experienced Office Administrator.
Essential that the candidate is confident in an office environment, with experience communicating to customer and suppliers via phone and email.

Duties:
- Responding to Customer/supplier Emails and phone calls.
- Contacting customers to book in Engineer visits.
- Liaising with engineers to manage diaries, Van Stock.
- Processing of Engineer Job cards.
- Using Company CRM to Maintain records and update systems.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods. Pack, organise, oversee and tracking of outgoing shipments.
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Manage internal stock transfers.
- Attend contract meetings.
- Minute taking.
- Ensure all products are properly organised on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Perform regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role Essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
