Office Junior / Administrator Job Description

This role involves assisting with general administrative support throughout the business with opportunities for specialisation and progression within the company. This is an opportunity to learn about the business as a whole and work with our team in supporting management and site operatives.

Previous administration/office experience is preferred but not essential.

Full training in our procedures and industry-specific software packages will be provided.

College courses will be supported if applicable.

Personal Specification:

  • General IT skills and a high-level attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in telephone calls (verbal & written)
  • A confident, friendly manner & strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and an interest in office administration

Full-time 8.30am – 4.30pm
