Job Title: Stock Controller
Duties:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pack, organise, oversee and tracking of outgoing shipments.
- Using Compay CRM to Maintain records and update systems.
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Manage internal stock transfers.
- Maintain price lists from suppliers.
- Ensure all products are properly organized on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Perform regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
