The safety of your electrical installations is our number one priority. Midland Fire provide fixed wire testing services to inspect and test your electrical installation, ensuring that your business is compliant to the latest version of BS7671 Electrical Wiring Regulations. An Electrical Installation Condition Report, alongside observations and recommendations will be issued on completion.
As a building owner and employer, it is your legal responsibility to ensure that electrical installations are safe for your employees or tenants to operate.
A satisfactory EICR report ensures that you are compliant with the BS7671 and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Business insurance providers will expect you to have a SATISFACTORY EICR and that any observations have been rectified as required.
