Midland Fire is committed to all aspects of environmental protection and as far as possible, ensures that it’s operations are managed sustainably.

We believe that environmental considerations must be at the heart of the Company.

As part of this commitment, we have joined the Green Small Business Scheme.

The Green Small Business Scheme puts a roadmap in place with clear targets so we can measure our impact on the environment as a whole, our CO2 output and work to improve our performance.

Not only is this necessary to provide support and credibility to our policy goal of promoting a low carbon, high growth economy – but is also essential if we are to meet our legal obligations and wider government targets.

We are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance, preventing pollution and minimising to the extent reasonably practicable, adverse environmental impacts.
